Terms of use
These terms cover your use of thecoachingenterprise.com. By using the site you agree to them. Coaching itself is provided under the package and terms agreed with your coach after your consult, not under these terms.
Who we are
This site is run by HSFCOACHING LIMITED, trading as The Coaching Enterprise, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15933222) whose registered office is Flat 3, 24 Hamilton Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 7AN. Email: [email protected].
Using the site
You may browse the site and use the consult form for its intended purpose. You must not misuse the site, for example by submitting false information, interfering with the form or the services behind it, or copying the site’s content for commercial use.
Not medical advice
The videos and text on this site describe how our coaching works. They are general information, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition plan, particularly if you have a health condition or an injury.
Consults and bookings
Submitting the form asks us to get in touch about coaching; it doesn’t commit either of us to anything. A free consult is a conversation about your goals. Bookings are made through Google Calendar and are subject to Google’s own terms.
Content and trade marks
The site’s text, images, videos and the TCE logo belong to HSFCOACHING LIMITED or are used with permission. You may not reuse them without our written consent.
Links to other sites
We link to third-party services such as Google Calendar and Instagram. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but don’t guarantee that it will be error-free or always accessible. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
