The Coaching Enterprise

Privacy policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

This policy explains what The Coaching Enterprise does with the personal information you give us through this website, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

The Coaching Enterprise is a trading name of HSFCOACHING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15933222) whose registered office is Flat 3, 24 Hamilton Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 7AN. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you fill in a consult form we collect the answers you give: your name, email address and phone number, your Instagram handle if you add it, and your answers about your goals, your experience and when you’d like to start.

Our hosting and security providers also process technical information about your visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and to block automated abuse of the form.

Why we use it

We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t sell or share your information for marketing.

Who we share it with

Your information is handled by the providers we use to run this site, acting on our instructions:

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the UK’s international data transfer rules, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

If you don’t go ahead with coaching, we delete your enquiry. If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we coach you, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to run its bot protection and video player, and the home page stores a flag in your browser for the length of your visit so its intro plays only once. If we add analytics in future we’ll update this policy first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site and our coaching are intended for adults. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to get in touch for you.

Changes

We’ll post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date at the top.
