Your training plan isn’t pulled off a cookie-cutter template — it’s built for you, from scratch. Here’s how.
Everything starts with three things: your goal, your experience, and your life. How many days can you realistically train? What equipment have you got? Any injuries or limitations I need to work around? A perfect plan you can’t stick to is a useless plan — so we build around your reality.
From there, your training runs in structured blocks, each one with a clear objective — whether that’s building muscle, building strength, or both. Every session is laid out with your exercises, sets, reps and tempos, so you walk into the gym knowing exactly what you’re doing and why.
And it’s never static. Every week I’m watching your logged numbers and your check-ins, and the plan progresses with you — weights go up, exercises rotate, phases change as you move along your roadmap. If something isn’t working, it gets changed. That’s the difference between a programme and coaching.
You’ll also find form tutorials in the resource library for the key lifts, so you’re never guessing on technique. Train with structure, progress with purpose — that’s the system.
